End-to-end CVR improvement through UX design and data analysis
Turning "gut-feel" suggestions into evidence-based actions.
In web optimization, "let's try this" discussions are common. But initiatives without a clear rationale can't be replicated when they work — or diagnosed when they don't. Improving the accuracy of your optimization efforts requires a decision-making process grounded in data and theory.
I use quantitative analysis to make visible what's actually happening, and apply behavioral economics to fill the gaps that numbers alone can't explain. Being able to articulate why a specific initiative makes sense changes how decisions get made internally — and how they get communicated to stakeholders.
Beyond analysis and recommendations, I take ownership from UI design through to test reporting. Proposals don't stay on paper — I stay involved until the impact shows up in the numbers.
What changes for clients after working together
No more gut-feel
discussions
Teams gained the ability to explain the rationale behind initiatives to stakeholders, moving projects forward with both speed and confidence.
Priorities became clear
through data
Instead of instinct, priorities were organized around data — giving the whole team a shared understanding to move forward from.
CVR and inquiries
improved concretely
End-to-end support from analysis to implementation meant proposals translated into real metric gains — delivering an ROI that justified the engagement.
Two specialisms, working as one
There are people who deliver UX design, and people who deliver CRO. What's rarer is someone who does both — and can translate analysis directly into design decisions.
UI / UX Design
Turn analysis results into UI immediately. Close the gap between recommendation and design.

How I arrived at UX × Data
Starting from UI design, I began learning data analysis because I wanted to be able to explain — in my own words — why a design decision leads to results. Being able to work with both UX and numbers is now the core of how I work: design decisions with a rationale I can stand behind.

What I hold to in my work
No recommendations without a rationale. What can be backed by data, I back with data. What can't, I explain through theory. "This just seems better" isn't something I say.
Accountable through implementation. By connecting analysis, recommendation, design, and execution myself, I make sure the intent doesn't get lost along the way.
I listen carefully to the situation a client is in. Every project exists within its own context and constraints. I'm confident in my ability to hear what's behind the information shared — and to put it into words.
Leave knowledge behind. I share how to think about optimization and how to read GA4 with the team, so they can keep moving forward independently after I'm gone.
Remote-first, available nationwide. I work online by default and can also join in-person workshops when the situation calls for it.
